Guarantee:-
All our garments are carefully checked before dispatch but if you do find any garment is faulty we will replace it if is returned to us unworn within three days of receipt. We can consider complaints about worn garments ONLY IF THEY HAVE BEEN WASHED AND DRIED IMMEDIATELY BEFORE THEIR RETURN. We regret we cannot make garments to your own specification.

Payment:-
Kindly send your remittance with your order. Please note that we have no credit facilities and we cannot send goods C.O.D. or on approval. For our mutual protection it is strongly recommended that you pay by Cheque, Postal Order or Credit Card. Cash should always be registered. We accept all major Credit Cards and you may find it convenient to place your orders by telephone and quote your card number. If you have paid for your catalogue please do not forget to use the Credit Voucher on your order form.

Overseas Customers:-
Please pay if possible by Visa or Access in Sterling when we will add the correct postal charge. We cannot accept foreign cheques.

Deliveries:-
If your garment is not immediately available from stock it will usually be despatched within 14 days and 6-8 weeks for raincoats. Please check availability before placing an order.
